Dr. Farshid Tabloie
Dr. Tabloie is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He obtained his medical degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He completed one year of clinical clerkship at Queen’s University followed by his specialty training in orthopedic surgery at University of Toronto. Tabloie completed his fellowship trainings in Trauma and Upper Limb Reconstruction, and Arthroscopic Surgery at University of Toronto.
Dr. Tabloie’s interest in research and evidence-based clinical practice led him to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Epidemiology at the Institute of Medical Science, University of Toronto. His thesis was focused on return to work in patients with work-related shoulder and elbow injury. Dr. Tabloie has received multiple research awards throughout his training. He has been involved in various research projects that have been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented in local, national and international meetings. Dr. Tabloie is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) and has an active practice in the province of Ontario. He has special interests in upper limb reconstruction and arthroscopic surgery as well as orthopedic trauma surgery and sports medicine.
